Duties and Responsibilities:

Completing and posting contracts in Online search for agents’ client portfolios and their distribution.
Taking customers on the phone for monthly payments. (Churn)
Reports for business customers. (invoices, payments) Tracking of installations for business.
Taking on the phone customers who encounter problems with the service, resolving them with the relevant departments
Communication via emails according to customer requests
Maintain customer relations
Delivers information, analysis, and daily summaries of work activities to company executives.
Resolve any problems or complaints of customers that come through the phone, support, sales, finance, etc.
Provides information on services, prices according to customer requirements;
Assists sales staff with necessary documentation such as offers, contracts.
