The Human Resources Specialist performs all functions according to the designated department
- MAIN DUTIES:
- Creates and maintains the database of new and departed employees of the company;
- Saves and maintains the archive for the personal files of the employees, maintaining the confidentiality and procedures of the directorate;
- Compiles individual employment contracts;
- Creates, maintains and develops the database of permits and medical reports of the staff;
- Follows the process of completing the attendance list
- Prepares periodic, three/six-monthly analytical reports as well as the annual report
- Make announcements and publications on the company’s electronic portal, recruitment agencies as well as with the job office;

Education: Graduated from university

Knowledge and experience:

- Knowledge of using tools such as Excel, Office, CRM to translate large amounts of data into clear and actionable business insights.
Digicom is looking for a Marketing Specialist who wants to join our team. We are especially interested in candidates with marketing specialization and having a background in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contribute with ideas and solutions to meet business objectives.
- Work and communicates with advertising agencies to create marketing campaigns, spots and radio productions etc.
- Implement and monitor marketing ATL and BTL communication channels.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates.
- Analyze industry trends and monitor activities of competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.

- Completing and posting contracts in Online search for agents’ client portfolios and their distribution.
- Taking customers on the phone for monthly payments. (Churn)
- Reports for business customers. (invoices, payments) Tracking of installations for business.
- Taking on the phone customers who encounter problems with the service, solving them with the relevant departments
- Communication via emails according to customer requests

Position Summary:
Digicom is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who wants to join our team. Having a background in the telecommunications industry is preferred. We are especially interested in candidates with product launch experience and marketing specialization.
The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing new product launch strategies to meet target objectives. The Product Marketing Specialist plays an integral role in coordinating with the Marketing and Sales Management teams to build impactful strategies that will drive the success of each product campaign. They will create new product marketing content that will support each campaign including: sales enabling collateral, product messaging and other marketing activities.
The Product Marketing Specialist will be looking at competitive analysis and identifying gaps and opportunities in accordance with internal competitive intelligence. This position will also be asked to ensure that the content is engaging and communicates ideas clearly and authentically.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing new product launch strategies to meet sales target objectives.
- Strategize and execute persuasive product content for all product marketing campaigns.
- Create, manage and monitor Benchmark and Client Behavior reports.
- Create sales enabling collateral and product messaging.
- Responsible for daily sales report, including ARPU evidences.
- Provide proactive ideas for product strategy and deliverables.
- Proven ability to transform technical content into engaging, customer-facing content.
- Coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to build impactful strategies.

Maintains and updates the Autocad/ArcGis system as needed and reports them daily.

Printing and extracting data or updating maps according to projects.
Tracks TT tickets in the system and coordinates them with field groups.
Updates them for technical solutions or work orders.
Position Criteria
Have at least 1 year of work experience
Know very well Autocad, , ArcMap and GIS programs.
To know and use the creation of GIS data models according to the required standards
Experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage.
