The service suspension allows all Digicom customers to temporarily stop their internet, IPTV, and/or fixed-line telephone services at a minimal cost, in cases where they will not use the service for a specific period.
Service suspension cannot be requested more than twice within a calendar year, for a total period of three (3) months. At the time of service suspension, the subscriber will be required to pay the activation fee for each suspension/activation instance, if applicable.
