Tasks and responsibilities:
- Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using persuasive arguments.
- Analyzing potential customers’ requirements to tailor offerings to their needs.
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with clients.
- Resolving issues and addressing complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieving predetermined sales targets and results.
- Coordinating customer registration in CRM with other departments.
- Collaborating with the sales team to select specific territories for promotions.
- Collecting contacts in the field based on daily targets.
- Reporting daily data to the sales supervisor.
- Following up with portfolio contacts.
- Managing daily appointments.
- Conducting negotiations and contract signings with customers at the stand or meetings.
- Recommending new products to fulfill unique customer needs.
Requirements
- Education: University degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle high workloads.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work schedules.
- Prior experience in customer relations.
