Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using persuasive arguments.
  • Analyzing potential customers’ requirements to tailor offerings to their needs.
  • Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with clients.
  • Resolving issues and addressing complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving predetermined sales targets and results.
  • Coordinating customer registration in CRM with other departments.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to select specific territories for promotions.
  • Collecting contacts in the field based on daily targets.
  • Reporting daily data to the sales supervisor.
  • Following up with portfolio contacts.
  • Managing daily appointments.
  • Conducting negotiations and contract signings with customers at the stand or meetings.
  • Recommending new products to fulfill unique customer needs.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and handle high workloads.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work schedules.
  • Prior experience in customer relations.
