Tasks and responsibilities:
- Filling and posting of contracts in Online search for agent client portfolio and their distribution.
- Getting customers on the phone for monthly payments.(Churn)
- Reports for business customers. (invoices, payments) Tracking of installations for business.
- Calling customers who encounter problems with the service, resolving them with the relevant departments
- Communication via emails according to customer requests
- Maintain customer relations
- Conveys information, analysis, and daily summaries of work activities to company executives.
- Resolve any problem or customer complaint that comes via phone, support, sales, finance, etc.
- Provides information on services, prices according to customer requirements;
- Helps the sales staff with the necessary documentation such as offers, contracts.
Requirements
- Education: Graduated from university
- Foreign languages: English
- To have good communication skills
- To be able to work in a group and under load
