Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing customers whose contracts are approaching expiration to ensure continuity of service.
- Manage and complete the contract renewal process within the established deadlines.
- Present and negotiate renewal offers in line with the company’s policies and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing packages and promote value-added packages to customers (upselling).
- Handle objections and address customer needs by offering appropriate solutions to ensure continued customer relationships.
- Record communications and update data in the relevant systems.
Main Criteria
- University degree.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose commercial solutions.
- Good organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
