Digicom Albania supports young innovators at Teens in AI

Digicom proudly joined one of the most inspiring global initiatives for young people by supporting the international “Teens in AI” event a movement dedicated to educating and empowering youth in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Technology. Held simultaneously in 102 countries, this year marked the first time the event was organized in Albania, representing an important milestone for the country’s tech community and emerging talent.

Digicom’s presence at this event reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the next generation. The techathon brought together teams of young participants who developed and presented innovative AI-driven solutions addressing real-world challenges.

The success of a techathon depends on many factors, but strong and reliable internet connectivity is among the most critical. Digicom ensured stable, high-quality Wi-Fi throughout the event, enabling teams to collaborate, build, research, and present their projects without disruption. This technological support helped create a smooth, inclusive, and empowering learning environment for all participants.

Among the competing teams, the winning project was “Calmify,” which will represent Albania in the international competition. “Calmify” is an intelligent solution that monitors physiological signals, analyzes anomalies, and alerts users to support early intervention and overall well-being. The project stood out for its innovative approach and its direct impact on improving quality of life through technology.

At the closing ceremony, prizes were awarded to participating teams, and Digicom offered an internship opportunity to the winning team, providing concrete support for their professional development and integration into the technology sector.
