Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs installation or maintenance of the fiber optic end-network from the Digicom box to the customer's premises.
- Identifies potential problems in the field and provides solutions.
- Installs and configures the modem for fiber optic internet service as well as the Set Top Box for IPTV service at the customer's premises.
- Completes the service delivery form at the customer's premises with data for the installed equipment.
- Withdraws from the warehouse and manages the necessary material base, as well as the equipment installed at the customer for every installation/maintenance in the end-network.
Main Criteria
- Education: Preferred to have completed Vocational Education.
- Experience is not mandatory.
- Foreign language: English preferred.
- Driver's license: Class B.
