Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments.
  • Provides legal counsel to company leadership and departments on a broad range of legal and operational matters.
  • Ensures the company's activities remain in full compliance with prevailing laws and subordinate legislation.
  • Monitors and analyzes legislative developments affecting company operations and proposes appropriate adaptive measures.
  • Prepares correspondence, requests, appeals, declarations, and other documentation addressed to public and private institutions.
  • Coordinates and oversees litigation, administrative proceedings, and enforcement processes in collaboration with external attorneys and legal representatives.
  • Manages the company's legal archive and contractual documentation.
  • Conducts legal due diligence on clients, suppliers, partners, and various transactions.
  • Participates in procurement processes, tendering procedures, and contractual negotiations as required.
  • Prepares periodic reports on legal matters and the company's legal risk exposure.
  • Monitors the validity and timely renewal of licenses, authorizations, and regulatory documentation.
  • Oversees inspection and audit processes conducted by competent authorities.
  • Drafts and updates internal regulations, procedures, policies, and guidelines.

Main Criteria

  • University degree in Law.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in comparable roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of civil, commercial, administrative, and labor relations legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
