Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers through various communication channels to ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
  • Accurately identifying and assessing customer requests/complaints in order to provide appropriate support.
  • Managing and handling customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly, efficiently, and within the defined timeframes.
  • Entering, processing, and updating data in the system.
  • Explaining and informing customers about the terms and additional services of the contract.
  • Escalating cases and collaborating with other departments within the company.
  • Clarifying and verifying payments.
  • Scanning and archiving physical contracts.
  • Collecting customer feedback to better understand their needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use various communication channels.
  • Ability to accurately understand customer requests and complaints.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and resolve them effectively.
  • General knowledge of PC usage.
  • Knowledge of the English language; Italian is considered an advantage.
