Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers through various communication channels to ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
- Accurately identifying and assessing customer requests/complaints in order to provide appropriate support.
- Managing and handling customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly, efficiently, and within the defined timeframes.
- Entering, processing, and updating data in the system.
- Explaining and informing customers about the terms and additional services of the contract.
- Escalating cases and collaborating with other departments within the company.
- Clarifying and verifying payments.
- Scanning and archiving physical contracts.
- Collecting customer feedback to better understand their needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.

- Ability to use various communication channels.
- Ability to accurately understand customer requests and complaints.
- Ability to handle complex situations and resolve them effectively.
- General knowledge of PC usage.
- Knowledge of the English language; Italian is considered an advantage.
